RETURN PROCEDURE
HORSES offers returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. For shipped orders you're eligible for return 14 days after the date your order was delivered. If you choose the local pick-up option, your order is eligible for return 14 days from your original purchase date.
To initiate a return, please email clientservice@horsesatelier.com to confirm your order is eligible for return. HORSES can issue a credit or refund for any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise with all original tags and packaging, accompanied by the original packing slip. Once approved, please send the item(s) back to us, along with the completed return form, and your return will processed.
All sale items are final sale and may not be returned.

Once approved, please ship via certified mail, UPS, PUROLATOR, or FEDEX to:

HORSES is not responsible for shipping costs or duty reimbursement. All costs for return shipments and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

All sales are final after 14 days of receipt of purchase. Horses Atelier holds the right to deny credit notes, exchanges or refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
